Description
Long-time client SCE is always willing to try something new, including experiential scenario-based learning. I was asked to develop a series of round table discussion videos that sought to promote conversation between field crew workers on maintaining a safer working environment. The videos turned into scenario-based eLearning courses that allows employees to use critical thinking skills to choose responses and solve problems.
